Tracy Davey grew up in Needville and graduated from Needville High School in 1998. After graduation, she started a family and had two children, a daughter and a son. At that time, she was working as a waitress and cook at a local family-owned diner. When her daughter started kindergarten, Tracy began taking classes at Wharton County Junior College, and in May of 2008, received an Associates Degree in Paralegal Studies.

In June of 2009, she began working at Tate Moerer & King as a receptionist and worked up to being the Paralegal in charge of Probate, Guardianship and Ad Litem matters. Tracy Davey also works on Family Law cases, but especially loves the area of Probate because, not only are you helping people, you are helping them through the most vulnerable times of their lives. These clients have just lost a loved one and are trying to make sense of their life and find a new normalcy, and TMK strives to make that process as smooth and as easy as possible.

Outside of work, her life revolves around her kids. Her son is now seventeen, and her daughter is fifteen. With them both being involved in high school sports, Tracy’s personal life collides with work quite a bit, but the partners at Tate Moerer & King are very understanding and very family oriented, so she misses few sporting events. Tate Moerer & King is more than a job; it is a family.
